RX for Brownskin Return Policy

Return by Mail
We'll gladly accept returns for any RXforbrownskin.com products upon receiving your items within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Please return you products to the address below, and include a simple explanation of the reason for the return.

RXforbrownskin.com uses FedEx ground for shipping of all products containing alcohol (including fragrance products) and aerosols. This is a legal requirement in the United States. Fragrances and aerosols cannot be shipped by air. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Return Refunds and Credits
We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. After the 60 days have passed, you will receive your refund in the form of an online store credit to your account. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash or for another product. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient in the form of an online store credit. Please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address and/or login information. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
